Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the shipping box.

  Ship the Items

  Send the package back to our fulfillment center using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery and verification of receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
